Thank you for supporting original artwork.

Each print and card set is produced in small batches and carefully prepared. For this reason, all sales are considered final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact elysehartnett@gmail.com

within 5 days of delivery, including clear photographs of both the item and its packaging.

If damage occurred during transit, a replacement will be provided when available. If a replacement cannot be offered, a refund may be issued at my discretion.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. While every effort is made to package artwork securely, Elyse Hartnett is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
